FAQ.

  • Visit our home page and click on the button "Request your login and become a customer". Here you should fill in the form and send your request. One of our team members will then be shorty in contact with you!
  • Delivery days differ per location. After registering as a client you will receive these details from your account manager.
  • You can cancel your order by deleting the item from the shopping cart as long as the timer is still ticking. Some items are automatically confirmed and are not possible to cancel. We always advise our customers to purchase flowers from our FB SELECT where we can cancel the items in our system.
  • To better answer this question, we have made a short video tutorial that explains how to purchase in the web shop. Scroll a bit more down and to discover what each of our stocks represent, how to filer articles or find your invoices!
